SURVIVAL JOINS RESIST RECORDS

Survival formed in 2011 in the materialism capital of Australia – the Gold Coast, Queensland. Featuring members from many established Australian hardcore bands including 50 Lions and Street Youth, the band came together with the idea to kick back against their shallow and vapid surroundings and make music with aggression, conviction and something to say.

In their short existence as a band, Survival have made a conscious effort to make an impact on the Australian hardcore scene. After releasing a widely praised demo, they wasted no time hitting the stage with a variety of local and international acts including Parkway Drive, Bitter End and Cruel Hand, earning themselves a fierce reputation for an aggressive, energetic and crushingly heavy live show.

Survival headed into the studio in late 2012 and laid down the tracks for their debut self-titled 7”, to be released through Resist Records on December 7.

Pre orders are now available for limited edition coloured vinyl.

In December they will also be joining I Killed The Prom Queen and Northlane as national supports on the Parkway Drive “Atlas” tour.
