The Gaslight Anthem Australian tour

In the last two years New Jersey’s The Gaslight Anthem have accomplished more than most bands have in 10. Their sole full-length to date (2007’s ‘Sink Or Swim’), was mentioned on dozens of 2007’s year-end ‘Best Of’ lists, thanks to 12 tracks that radiated a striking authenticity while showcasing the band’s vibrant rock n roll heart and poignant blues-inflected lyricism. Avid interest in the band has only increased since the start of this year, when they released their EP, ‘Senor And The Queen’, to widespread acclaim. The Gaslight Anthem will be heading to Australia this July/August where they will be joined by Melbourne’s A Death In The Family. Tickets go on sale May 21.
